Tailored Package Design Process

New Concept Design offer a completely transparent start to finish process. We have put together a brief step by step guide below that we undertake across our residential, hospitality or commercial projects.

Design Consultation

Book an appointment with our inhouse designer to discuss in detail your project requirements.

Design Concepts

After consultation we would then draw up a design concept which will piece together the overall visualization.

Administrative Phase

Upon agreeing the design concept and look we would then move into the administrative process to agree timelines, delivery and payment terms.

Product Procurement

Once the administrative stage has been agreed/settled we would then be in a position to start the procurement of sourced goods and start any manufacturing of bespoke items in readiness for delivery.

Delivery & Installation

Once we have started to receive goods at our facility and have confirmed manufacturing timeline of bespoke products we would then agree on a scheduled installation date and discuss access arrangements.

Aftercare

After the designed has been installed, our team will always be on hand to make sure the process finishes to a conclusion smoothly and be available to assist should any issues arise.
